Therapy is both a rewarding and challenging experience that has the potential to provide a number of benefits including resolution of the initial problem, increased positive outlook, and improved relationships. This is a place to go deeper, connect the past to the present, work on behavior change, cultivate coping strategies, work through difficult experiences/thoughts/emotions, and develop an appealing view of the future. Individual therapy will incorporate an assessment including personal history, treatment planning, and evaluation of treatment and possible outcomes. This service is private pay only and I will be happy to provide a "superbill" that can be presented to your insurance provider by you to seek reimbursement if desired. Clients are responsible for understanding reimbursement rates and services covered. The cost of therapy is $100 per 45-50 minute session. Both a new patient agreement and contract must be signed before the first session. The new patient agreement and contract can be found on the "New Patient Forms" tab.

Individuals pursuing licensure as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) must be working with clients in a clinical capacity. Supervisees will meet with me individually to discuss case conceptualizations, assessments, diagnostics, treatment planning, approaches, course of treatment, ethical quandaries, and other difficulties along the way. After completion of 3,000 hours of supervision, if supervisee shows competency working independently, all supervisor forms required by the state of Wisconsin to pursue licensure will be submitted. The rate for clinical supervision is $100 per hour.

Consultation services are predominantly reserved for mental health clinics providing behavioral and addiction services that require an objective perspective on a myriad selection of obstacles. My expertise is primarily focused on how to improve office culture, provide conflict resolution, program evaluation, and identification of values-vision-goals with identified steps to make change. The rate for consultation is $200 per billable hour.
